FAC Tennis Network to resume "Co-Ed" Doubles

Greetings from the FAC Tennis Network.
The bubble is off, summer is here and the men’s and women’s leagues are soon to wind down and mixed leagues and tournaments are soon to start. FAC Tennis Network is resuming its “Co-ed Doubles” play opportunities. (For those not familiar with the FAC Tennis Network or its “Co-Ed Doubles” play – see explanation below.)
FAC Tennis Network has the below “Co-Ed” doubles play opportunity for this week (we will adjust days/times as we get a better read as to where the best usage is).
• 4/11 Wed 7pm 1 court
• 4/12 Thu 5:30pm 1 court
• 4/14 Sat 10am 1 court
• 4/15 Sun 3pm 1 court

If you have questions or if interested in playing, please email, text or phone (factennis@aol.com or 479-409-4912) to get on the play list. Once we have 4 players signed up, a ‘confirmation of play’ email will be sent to confirm play.

For those not familiar with FAC Tennis Network, the network is made up of FAC Tennis members and others affiliated with NWA area tennis. Its goal is to encourage, promote, educate, inform and strengthen each other, our teams, and our sport. The Network is not affiliated with the owners or management of FAC – this is simply a network of FAC Tennis members and friends who enjoy tennis. The Network does have two activities: 1) a FAC Tennis Facebook page with 161 members (please friend and join in the dialog) 2) A “Co-Ed” Doubles play initiative where we make finding partners and playing opportunities easier. The “Co-Ed” doubles works like this: the network reserves courts at various times on week nights and weekends. These available court days / times are sent to you, the network, via email and the Facebook page. If you would like to reserve your play on any of these days/times – simply reply by email, text or phone to get on the ‘playlist”. When 4 players sign up – you are sent a ‘play is confirmed email” – and you play tennis! Pretty easy. “Co-Ed” doubles is open to both men and women with the NTRP ranking of 3.0 to 4.0. We call it “Co-Ed” instead of “mixed” because there could be: 3 women and 1 man signed up/playing or 3 men and 1 woman signed up/playing or any other combination. Our goal is simple: help facilitate play, meet other players, and have fun.
